(she/her/hers)
Co-founder and Therapist

Meet Tylynn, your down-to-earth, no-BS therapist! She is a Latinx Licensed Clinical Social worker who leads with empathy while challenging you and holding you accountable. Her ask from you is to bring your real self to the table, and she’ll match it. Tylynn believes that the vibe between therapist and client is crucial in their journey, and she’s all about infusing reality into therapy while nurturing a therapeutic relationship. You may find that at times, she curses in session and uses humor!

In Tylynn’s practice, cookie-cutter solutions are out the window. She’ll challenge the beliefs holding you back and work with you to break free from them. There are a couple things she wants you to know: it won’t be easy, but it will be worth it; you are stronger than you think; and you can’t pour from an empty cup!

Tylynn is certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, trained in EMDR, and in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Her lived experiences and work in the social services and behavioral health field has created a focus on specializing in navigating life’s tough challenges: trauma, burnout (work and parenting), anxiety, depression, and perinatal mental health. If you struggle with boundary setting and self-esteem, she’s there for you.

Tylynn has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Cedar Crest College and later obtained a Masters of Social Work from Marywood University in 2011. She recognizes the unique challenges individuals from the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community face in seeking therapy, largely due to cultural norms stigmatizing mental health. Tylynn is humbled knowing her clients trust her in supporting them in their journey!
